Gregg is Founder and Principal Consultant of The 41 North Group. He has a long career of questioning the status quo and helping companies be more successful and maximize their revenues and profits by helping them make sure their strategy is sound, their processes are efficient and effective and above all their employees, and leaders, are dedicated and happy.

Specialties have included solving many organizational and process problems, including building two world class customer contact centers and working with the Presidents and Boards of mid-size companies to expand their business.
He has accomplished many strategic projects including a large technology implementation for a major aerospace manufacturer (resulting in 3 promotions) a worldwide roll-out for the US Dept of State and an innovative solution to a problem for the US Navy supporting the strategic submarine fleet. The ability to accomplish these ventures in a novel way was what led too much of their success and help them stand out from other solutions. He has successfully helped organizations through major downsizing and helped start-ups grow over 50% a year while maintaining employee morale.
He welcomes the opportunity to integrate his degrees in accounting, management and information technology with his experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Process Management Professional to help others.
His goal is to use his unique experience to help manufacturers, and small companies, be as successful as they can while maintaining high employee and LEADER morale.
