For 7 years, prior to co-founding Potentia, Jeff was a consultant and Director of the Charter Oak Consulting Group, an organization consulting firm based in Hartford CT. Prior to this he spent 5 years as Program Manager for Outward Bound's Professional Development Program at Thompson Island in Boston, MA.
