Mr. Wallace also has extensive experience in working with both the private & public sector clients in a wide range of consulting engagements.

Bob’s depth of project management & industry executive management experience includes the oversight of operations, fleet & stationary equipment maintenance, finance, human resources, business development, sales, safety & environmental compliance while maintaining responsibility for multi-million dollar publicly & privately held assets including: MRFs, transfer stations, WastebyRail intermodal facilities, regional transportation (truck, rail and barge) operations, recycling centers, material recovery facilities, vehicle & container maintenance operations, maintenance facilities & customer service centers.

Wallace serves, and has served, on various boards including the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA); the national solid waste rate committee for the American Public Works Association (APWA), where he co-authored the book entitled "Solid Waste Rate Setting & Financing".

Wallace was named to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z245 SC 8 Landfills Working Group in establishing a national Landfill Standards on safety, equipment, operations; practicality to OSHA regulations & clarifications to unique issues that occur at landfills in both the public and private sectors.

The typical engagement will involve gaining an understanding of the client's needs, stated goals and desired information to be provided through the consultation.  Consultation engagements can be as short as one hour or become a short-, mid-or longer-term engagement with repeated contact and ongoing consultation.  The length of the engagement will depend on the individual cleint's needs.
