With a BS in Hospitality management, spent 17 years working in and managing restaurants and hotels. Later 13 years as a Senior Level Executive recruiter at Stephen C Gironda and Associates, while starting and building Torch Learning Programs, a teenage Leadership Program combined with our High Ropes team building programs.
