I have a passion for making things work better. Throughout my career, my modus operandi has been to first study an organization's operations by observing how things work and listening to those who work there. That enables me to identify what could be improved, and create innovative ways to increase performance whether that be at an operational, organizational or product design level.

Five university degrees attest to the fact that I am a learner. Add to this my broad experience in technology, manufacturing, business and consulting, complemented by an MBA and a PhD, and I am well equipped to:

• analyze difficult business challenges;
• identify solutions to my client’s problems;
• deal with a complex and rapidly changing environment.

Currently I am working as a technology strategy consultant through my own business, Quadradix. In addition, I provide pro bono consulting to clients in Africa through a UK-based charity.
