We believe the world needs more enlightened leaders, and that leaders, themselves, need a way to learn as fast as the world is changing. Speeding up is not the answer. We offer custom leadership programs, team development sessions, and individual coaching to help leaders / teams "flip" to new levels of consciousness, each with expanded capacity and performance. Engagement overview

Always starts with understanding the need and bringing together the right resources or designing the experiences to meet it. Typically 3 types of engagement: (1) An interactive talk or 1/2-1 day workshop that meets a client need with the tools or techniques of Zen leadership or energy management. (2) 3-4 day programs that provide deep experiential learning tailored to client needs. (3) 3-6 months of coaching support to a project team or individual, often following a program or between two parts of a program.
