Jordan is trained/certified in numerous assessment tools and has studied with Marshall Goldsmith (Employee Engagement), Dan Goleman (Emotional Intelligence), Pat Lencioni (Cohesive Teams) and Robert Fritz (Structural Consulting). He is a member of the Continuing Education faculty at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, an adjunct instructor for the Federal Office of Personnel Management, and credentialed by Wiley Publishing as an Instructor Partner. Having completed the required coursework and coaching hours, Jordan is a member the International Association of Coaching Professionals.
After serving internally for several years as Senior Leadership Consultant at Hawaiian Airlines, Jordan now focuses his independent consulting practice on leadership and team development, coaching and performance management, strategic planning, organizational culture change and executive coaching.
Jordan grew up in Honolulu and graduated from Punahou High School before pursuing education and professional opportunities on the mainland. He graduated from the Leeds School of Business in Denver, Colorado. He has completed numerous Executive Development and Continuing Education courses at UC Berkeley and Stanford University.
