Professional summary

Lori Dernavich is a Growth Stage Leadership Advisor. Venture investors want their startup CEOs to scale and succeed. Lori makes sure CEOs are equipped to do it.

Investors invest in their startup CEOs because they believe in them, but the skills needed to start a company are very different from the skills needed to scale the company. Lori works with CEOs to uncover strengths and weaknesses and acts as a confidante to the CEO to grow his/her leadership capabilities and drive success.

Prior to founding her business in 2002, Lori spent several years serving as a senior recruiter for Winter Wyman in Boston’s thriving high tech industry, traveled extensively as a corporate leadership coach for the UNICCO Services Company, and was a psychotherapist.
