Problem

Consumer Bank Risk Management department in need of a management tool to pro-actively assess and manage risk across consumer products housed in different systems.

Solution

I was brought in to manage an initiative to create a risk management system for the consumer banking department. I worked closely with departments across bank to coordinate sharing and standardization of data and built an automated and robust risk management system to address all consumer products. Integrated and consolidated consumer asset data from various origination and servicing systems. Developed metrics and reporting capabilities in coordination with Consumer Bank and senior management.

Result

Risk Management system implemented and used by all levels of management; allowing the bank to pro-actively manage risk while growing the consumer asset business.
