I just wanted to say thanks again for a well run training session. I got much out of it, particularly the facilitating aspect. I have facilitated for years but I can't say that I was most affective in them. Using the tools that I brought back with me will certainly help me build the confidence necessary to engage team members in a way that it will help me become more of a delegator. If you recall, one thing I wanted to take home with me from the Yellow Belt training was to get employees involved in the projects, not simply doing them myself.
