I just wanted to say thanks again for a well run training session. I got much out of it, particularly the facilitating aspect. I have facilitated for years but I can't say that I was most affective in them. Using the tools that I brought back with me will certainly help me build the confidence necessary to engage team members in a way that it will help me become more of a delegator. If you recall, one thing I wanted to take home with me from the Yellow Belt training was to get employees involved in the projects, not simply doing them myself. I think I am better suited today to make that happen. Lastly, it helped to have such a dynamic group of participants in the session. I hope you get the necessary funds to continue this type of training throughout the company in the near future.

I just wanted to thank you once again for your work and support for the development of the Lean Management course. The course went live yesterday and so far so good. The final payment was placed in the mail today. It was great working with you and your team of authors. Take care and perhaps I will work with you again in the near future.

Sharren Smith, Education Specialist Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE)

I wanted to reach out to you again and Thank You for helping with our Georgia GMIS Fall Conference. It was such a success, and that is the first time in 7 years, I've seen us kick people out to take breaks. Usually, they are trying to get out as fast as they can. Wow!!! And a huge Thank You for the book!! I love it! . Thank You again, and I hope you would consider coming back to Savannah for our International Conference.
