Over more than 10 years of international Post Merger Integrations have varied from small business acquisitions, to being part of a very large merger. I've lead international multi-discipline teams in high-volume integrations across diverse industries. I'm adept at leveraging relationships to deliver effective solutions, and I use my quick study skills and pragmatism to get the right solution for your business.

Engagement overview

Two distinct types of engagement. Either:
- 8 to 20 hours of consulting to assist a business set up their acquisition integration
- 20 to 50 hours per week to work on the integration, for a number of months as a contractor
