Amy Siegel is the co-founder of S2N Health, a consulting firm providing business and marketing strategy support to the emerging medical technology community. S2N stands for "signal to noise" - we help identify and amplify the "market signal" to create value for entrepreneurs, investors and ultimately patients. S2N works with organizations as a virtual marketing team or on a project basis, assisting with application prioritization, fundraising, partnering, product development, and global commercialization planning. Amy brings 15+ years of healthcare strategic marketing and business development experience to S2N Health, having held VP roles in two emerging med-tech companies and consulted for many more with Health Advances and Monitor Company.

Engagement overview

We collaborate closely with our clients, often serving as the market strategist on the management team of emerging healthcare technology companies and divisions.  Our typical engagements run from 2 months to years, with the ability to scale up and down and add skills to accommodate the needs and priorities of our clients.  Most of our client engagements involve at least three components: 1. An in-depth qualitative understanding of customers, competitors, markets, technologies, and trends, 2. A quantitative component, which could be financial modeling, sophisticated economic modeling to support a value proposition or price, and 3. crafting a pro-active strategy with management based on data, our deep industry experience, and our clients' capabilities and aspirations. Having operational experience, we can also help with execution of the strategy, e.g. nurturing pivotal relationships, communicating with investors, boards and stratgics, and making key product decisions.
