In addition, he was a partner at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and a board member of WorldatWork (formerly the American Compensation Association). He is also the author of one book and numerous articles on compensation and HR strategy.

Engagements vary in complexity and time to complete.  Some are done on the basis of billable hours plus direct expenses; others are done on a total project value (i.e., fixed) basis, depending on client preferences and the nature of the project.
