Dan Tobin focuses on helping business organizations develop their next generation of leaders by helping them identify high-potential employees, structure educational sessions, develop and evaluate action-learning projects, and training corporate leaders on coaching and mentoring skills. His services range from coaching internal HR/training staff through the process of establishing an in-house leadership development program (LDP) to working with corporate staff to design, develop, and deliver a full LDP.

With more than 30 years of experience in corporate learning and management/leadership development, Dan Tobin has written seven books on corporate learning strategies, including "Feeding Your Leadership Pipeline" which noted leadership development

Engagement overview

Engagements range from in-house workshops (1-2 days) to on-going coaching to complete program design.  Some work can be done remotely.  Fees do not include travel expenses.
