Danielle is a specialist in the areas of transformational leadership & organisational change. With experience working in Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland, and running her own consulting businesses in Australia & USA, Danielle brings a broad breadth and depth to her consulting and coaching. Through these experiences, Danielle has developed an understanding of the complexity, and the challenges and rewards of working in medium, large and matrix organisations.
She is affiliated with a small select group of companies, and a member of the core faculty of the three-year Embodied Practitioner Certification (EPC) program with MetaIntegral Academy. In all contexts, she teaches and supports leaders and change agents to unlock and accelerate powerful mental, emotional and relational capacities that support them in navigating the complexity of today’s world, generating greater impact in their organizations and industries .
