Engagement overview

Engagements are priced on a case by case basis, possible deferred/equity. Darrel can either do a solo engagement by the hour, day, or fixed fee. He can also bring in just the right people from a virtual team and associates numbering over 175.

We usually do an assessment first, although if the situation is urgent we can dive right in. Then we will either provide a set of recommendations or Darrel will take control as COO and/or CIO to immediately start reducing costs, revamping processes, and increasing morale. He is happy to advise or be named interim executive to hold steady or right the ship.

We also do assessments and programs around both hard and soft skills. High growth, contraction, big new projects, or simply reorganizing for efficiencies and leverage.

Call us now to start the process to your success.

Testimonials

Just wanted to say thanks again for the training session last week. It sparked productive conversation about how to improve our BA and PM processes and the class attendees were all very complimentary about the your insight and practical approach.

Great Instructor!; Huge value.; Want more!; Good practical advice around how we conduct ourselves,; This will change the way our group handles problems - for the better.

Thank you so much for sharing your vast practical industry experience in the framework provided by the concepts discussed in class. The resources that you have pointed to us (websites, software apps, diagrams, etc) and discussion on the practical application of those concepts, have made me aware of opportunities where data analysis can help our organization better allocate time and money backed up by data... I am looking forward to sequels of our classes perhaps around "Risk Analysis" and "Big Data Analytics"... You did a great job controlling the class, and engaging us to participate so that we all benefited from different vertical industry perspectives. Looking forward to staying in touch.

Congrats! You inspired me to seek Project Management and certification, which is life changing. Good show, Darrel.

Thank you for the pure gold that the course was.

I learned in a few days what might have taken me years to figure out on my own.

And I wonder what that process might have looked like.

Thank you for your wisdom.

Thank you for being an awesome human being in addition to being an awesome teacher.

You teach the value of respect and regard and basic horse sense very elegantly.

Through St. Edward's Professional Education and Data Analysis & Results' "Project Management Certificate" program, I gained valuable "real-life" knowledge and formed networking relationships that helped me further my career in project management. After the course, I became PMP certified and started a new and exciting job as a project manager in the healthcare industry. The program dual focus on Best Practices and PMP Prep was just what I needed. It was great to interact with senior project management consultants who are out there on the cutting edge doing it, not just talking about it. I recommend this program for anyone who wants to really understand project management and in fact leadership, and optionally may want to certify with the PMP or CAPM. Thanks Darrel Raynor for a great course!

We just got the same or better level of Agile consulting from you in this course, that we pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for from others, and the advice was better! Much more realistic, not academic. We will have you back.

Darrel, I really appreciate the personal interest you took in me and the effort you put into helping me focus my energy in my current job search. I appreciate all your suggestions and wish I had taken notes as I am sure I did not capture all of the gems you offered me.
