I am seeking a company that wants to take Continuous Improvement to the next level or begin the journey. I offer my experience as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), Certified Master Project Manager (MPM) and Founding Member of Association of Change Management Professionals. I combine Lean Six Sigma team building - coaching and mentoring, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Psychology and Manufacturing Management experience. I have published a book on how to sustain Continuous Process Improvement utilizing employee engagement techniques to create a Project Identification pipeline for senior management of prioritized improvement opportunities.

Without David's assistance, the projects would fail to reach their goal. He has amassed a great deal of knowledge relevant to our efforts, knowledge which will not be able to be replaced without months of training to climb the necessary learning curve. His status as a Master Black Belt has made him an exceptional resource.

David Jones has done an outstanding job facilitating the LMS Safety Project in the Brockton Plant. The results of the process are already heading in the right direction. When Dave arrived the OSHI I&I was close to 9 and as of last week was down to 6.24. I had the pleasure of sitting down with Dave, Christine, Brockton Plant Manager, and the craft employees on the team. The engagement of the employees and the process set-up to continue to drive down the accident rate was outstanding.

The Greater Boston District is very impressed with the direction and foundation that Dave Jones has helped us to develop here in the Brockton P&DC.
