Organizations don’t need a consultant to tell them how to improve their business. They just don't, because the people who do the work are collectively smart enough already. Instead, what most teams need to solve problems, engineer better processes, map out strategies, and design effective organizations is FACILITATION.

They need someone who is an expert in collaboration who can get groups to work together, generate and build on each other’s creative ideas, converge on agreement, and play well together. They need a process architect who can design a step-by-step path to get from "point A" where we have a wicked problem to solve, to "point B" where we’ve found the breakthrough together and we’re ALL committed to the change.

I specialize in designing and facilitating large group collaborative working sessions where 10-500 people convene to develop strategy, align priorities to strategy, solve complex problems, re-design organizations, map out large programs, and develop core leadership skills. Engagements typically take 4-6 weeks end-to-end.
