Engagement overview

An assessment with 81 possible major items will be done during the interview/visit. A few (5 to 8) CSFs (Critical Success Factors) will be devised & agreed upon by both parties and the Control Item (medium to monitor the CSFs) will be decided and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators will be determined. Kaizen steps shared.

Then a timeline with specific milestone for each CSF will be decided upon.
