There is no "typical" project. I like to do project-based work, rather than hourly work.


Since leaving Amazon, I have worked with dozens of online sellers that have Amazon as one of their channels - my work is mostly on profitability/pricing, catalog development, and process optimization. While I worked at Amazon, I personally supported over 10,000 Amazon sellers on issues related to business growth, catalog expansion/rationalization, and fulfillment/operational issues.

Prior to working at Amazon, I was a management consultant at 3 different firms, supporting a wide range of Fortune 1000 companies on marketing and business strategy projects.
