Do you have a 'leap' you need to take?

By 'leap' I mean take a risk, try something new, have a difficult conversation, ask for what you want, in general push the envelope of your happy, comfort zone. To really love your career, you need to be able to 'leap' - make courageous choices. My career has been a series of such leaps, so I am an experienced partner in coaching you to do the same. As your coach, I will have your back as you leap and be there to celebrate with you as well, because it's no fun to ride the roller coaster alone.

I help people to love their careers through strategic 'leap' taking, especially if you are a Geek Girl like me. It'd be my pleasure to help you create and manage a career that is worthy of your potential.

Testimonials

I really take action after our sessions. What I get, and need, from coaching is to stay focused and clear in a very precise way on what I'm trying to achieve.

Kathleen Daniels

I've really learned about who I am and what is important to me. I am more goal oriented and have a get-it-done attitude. You've boosted me up and given me confidence, kept me accountable and provided exercises that have made the process quicker.

K. O'Donovan

I've gotten a better understanding of myself which will give me the confidence to move forward. That's the beauty of coaching.

Kirsten McCurdy

The group coaching was a real eye opener for me. Your session description said, "You will get to know yourself really well." How true! I thought right after the first session that by the end

of the 6 weeks, I would absolutely know what I wanted to do. But, what I have found out, and what is so much more important is, that the foundation must be in place to support my dreams. Now I know the steps I need to take to move forward.

Loretta Ruffing

The coaching I received from Joanne provided me with tools and the impetus, as well as encouragement and affirmation of my goals. I learned what is most important to me, what my strengths are, and what I can accomplish with even minor changes. I also learned to believe

in myself and to ask for what I need ("be selfish"), and that doing so improves life for me and for those around me.

Eileen Kelly

Joanne's support was immeasurable. Just to verbally have someone behind me was such a lift. The ability to voice my thoughts without being judged was surprisingly fulfilling. Joanne helped me

to realize that my ideas have merit and gave me that push I needed to make both personal and professional changes. The impact – I applied for a job in a different department and got it, which included a promotion.

Faith Talnack

Coaching allowed me to find out things about myself that I never would have been able to learn without Joanne's help. It was a journey into myself and a really wonderful, fun experience for me. I can't say enough great things about it. I would recommend Joanne to anyone.
