Engagement overview

A typical engagement will start with a pre-assessment using PSM3 to build a baseline understanding of what is important to the organization, what expectations long terms are in place and what limiting factors from a sustainability perspective could serve as roadblocks.

From there a detailed review of organizational systems is conducted leveraging several ISO standards to provide a complete finding of how to ensure risk to brand mitigation, market differentiation and increased benefits realization.
