We provide a listing of data required to populate our patent pending rolling Six Quarter Forecast Model - 6QF.  Within two weeks on average, our clients receive a draft 6QF for review with senior leadership.  A one hour meeting is facilitated where senior leadership finalizes the model assumptions.  Following the senior leadership meeting, we work with the CFO to finalize the 6QF.  

The 6QF is a very efficient, powerful financial plan that is simple to execute.  It includes a full set of financial statements, including a statement of cash sources and uses.  Capital expenditure and  financing plans in incorporated into the model.
