Coming to the corporate world from the field of Medicine, I had much to learn about corporate politics, framing, collaboration, conflict resolution and managing upward with in corporate America. Kyle is not for the faint of heart. If you can't handle a blunt analysis of how you are perceived and how you could lead more effectively, are unwilling to look at yourself honestly, to exorcise your demons, or at least subdue them, strengthen and put into practice that which makes you most effective, then I can't recommend Kyle.
