She has Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development (University of San Francisco) and is a Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation).

The hourly rate is a starting place for phone or online coaching.  My coaching clients typically stay with me for 6 to 8 months with many extending coaching for a year or more.  This rate does not include assessments such as EQi or MBTI.
