Engagement overview

Coaching engagements range from 3-12 months, are priced by engagement, and follow a four phase approach:

(1) Assessment: Evaluate the specific business issues and global leadership skill gaps that are holding the leader back from achieving key business results and becoming a successful global leader in the US or China.

(2) Design: Get clear and focused about the leader’s current skills and job situation and plan a specific pathway to close the global leadership skill gaps and meet and exceed the business objectives of the role.

(3) Implementation: Execute the plan based on close collaboration between the Coach and leader, so that the leader is held accountable and each coaching session is as valuable to the leader’s development and performance as possible over the course of the engagement.

(4) Follow up: Ensure accountability and business-focused results by evaluating the leader’s improvement in specific development areas, as well as the impact to his/her job performance.
