I run Partnering Resources, a management consulting company, that helps leaders find and leverage hidden organizational strengths in order to navigate complex change and collaboration challenges. Our practice is based on understanding how to leverage networks: the complex, interrelated, and often messy webs of relationships that drive all organizational activity.

I'm co-editor of Handbook for Strategic HR (AMACOM). My writing has also appeared in CIO, Talent Management, Mass High Tech, and other publications. I speak nationally and locally on change leadership, networks, and networking for introverts.
