I have been conducting decisionmaking workshops since early 2013. This has evolved to an all-day workshop. The morning is spent looking at defects in our decisionmaking processes. The afternoon is exercises and frameworks for making good decisions. The emphasis is on Bayesian decisionmaking with measurement and evidence clearly defined. Dark chocolate and lunch are served.

Solution

I have conducted these workshops in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Result

Both I and the participants have learned a lot. The work is never done!
