Previously, Ralph founded The Access Group, Inc., an association management company with 28 employees managing 10 associations. Engagement overview

An engagement varies based on the client's needs. An initial telephone conversation identifies the prospective client's needs and issues to be addressed. During that call, we outline our methodology for resolving the issues and estimate a cost range for the engagement. We then follow up with a written proposal, presenting options, steps to be taken, an estimated timeline, and costs. If the proposal is accepted, we request a 50% deposit with the balance due either in installments or upon completion of the engagement.
