Engagement overview

Each engagement is unique and a tailored approach to the needs of each client is used.

Executive coaching includes a client intake and the use of various assessments, including the MHS EQi 2.0, Communications Styles or DiSC, leadership strengths, values, and motivators. 360 interviews are also conducted as part of intake. During coaching engagements, additional assessments, live observation and follow-up interviews are used.
