Engagement overview

Engagements range from a few hours of consulting service to months of project management and related consulting services. Development of office based surgery or ambulatory surgery centers requires on site consulting along with consulting via phone, email, etc. Projects have multiple phases and we can provide one phase, such as Financial Feasibility Analysis, or all phases to develop a complete surgical or endoscopic facility. Mergers of multiple practices also require months of work and services can range from financial feasibility to systems conversions/implementations and to negotiations with health plans.

Each project is sized and priced based upon up front conversations and meetings with the physicians and practice administrators. Based on my years of experience and knowledge many aspects of the business of health care, I can assist in multiple areas. Projects have also been set up on a smaller monthly fee for services along with a mutually agreed upon bonus amount per phase.
