Engagement overview

A typical engagement can be an operations review to a full blown project. In an operations review we typically spend 2 - 3 days reviewing the operation in MC, DC, office studying growth projections and related issues, systems and operations, space - usage, layout, requirements, IT systems including software and hardware, management proficiency and staffing, equipment, automation to manual, and purchasing and inventory practices. We study key data for growth, sales, and inventory on a high level. We then produce a report recommending quick fixes and areas requiring more detailed study for long term success. The cost will be $5-$6,000 but the ROI gained from quick fixes is often much more. For long term results, we can design the whole distribution/manufacturing center (please see our website). We provide monitoring systems for growth so the client is always in a planning mode and whatever happens will know what to do. We offer complete project implementation services for project success
