At the end of the day it's all about getting things done - working with business owners, I've discovered that most businesses get stuck. My aspiration is to help them get moving again and to make more money (and have more fun)!

I've had the opportunity to do a lot of interesting things in my life so far: A few years overseas working on a project helping Telecom Australia prepare for competition, One of the first 300 employees in a $10 Billion start-up, Day to day management responsible for a 3 1/2 year project with over 1000 people working on it...and finally working with smart, interesting business owners that are looking for ideas and better ways to grow their business to the next level.

Engagement overview

Typical engagement revolves around bi-weekly coaching sessions focused on addressing key business challenges (which vary by client). Pricing is a monthly retainer...and the amount depends on how often we meet and the overall size of the client.  Engagements are month to month - but most clients have long term multi-year engagements (although often only meeting once a month).

Every client and every engagement is different - we will start by looking at where you are currently, where you want to be and how you want to get there. Typically I work directly with the business owner or the immediate executive team - with a focus on the business model, strategy and the bottom line.
