I am the Founder and Managing Principal at Annona Enterprises. I created Annona to provide actionable, profitable strategies to companies up to $100M in annual revenues. My company’s experience and exclusive framework helps our clients plan for success.

We have served dozens of C-suite executives, focusing on:
--Healthcare, including provider groups, ambulatory surgical centers, and medical device manufacturers
--Customer concentration, where 30% or more of the revenues come from one customer

I started as a business analyst at McKinsey after graduating cum laude from Harvard University

Engagement overview

We have 3 typical engagements:

Half -Day workshop to allow CEO participants to get the framework for their strategic plan completed by the end of the session

A detailed strategic plan that will also clients to address whatever their most pressing company issue or objective is.  Some examples are acquisitions, raising funds, launching a new product line.

Ongoing project management that provides clients the necessary support to implement key initiatives from their strategic plan.
