Engagement overview

A client is typically looking to solve a business problem or would like to seize an opportunity. I help them articulate the current state situation along with  impacts and success measures. I then integrate several best practice frameworks and leverage my experience to architect a practical and cost-effective roadmap to facilitate getting "there" from "here." Those change strategies are then tactically planned. I coach and mentor internal personnel so as to build internal capability. Organizational readiness assessments and related org change plans are executed in parallel with change strategies.
