I've spent the past twenty years working as both an internal and external resource to organizations spanning the corporate life cycle; from lean start-ups to Fortune 50 megacorporations. My passion is helping companies, organizations, teams, groups, and individuals improve their people-strategies. Whether that is as tactical as building a sustainable performance management process or as high-level as helping architect an organizational culture shift.
