In January of 2000 Helene started a business to help develop leaders and bring teams together to create and implement leading edge business strategy. Over the years, Helene's true passion has become helping people tap into their potential and figure out how to spend more time doing what makes them come alive. As a result, they become stronger leaders in their own life; an important ingredient in being able to understand how to effectively lead and engage others. Leadership and culture form the foundation for strategic success.
