The only thing that is constant in health care is change. Organizations that learn to master change, and even embrace it, will be the most successful. Jeanes Hospital has been in the throes of big changes, and we engaged Dr. Jeff Kaplan & Associates to coach us through some major transitions. His team of executive leaders facilitated a retreat for our leadership team, and the resulting energy and focus helped us power through our challenges. Even now, as new changes and challenges arise, we are better equipped to understand them and handle them effectively. Dr. Kaplan's team prepared by interviewing our leaders to gain insight into our needs, and to tailored our retreat for maximum gain. My senior executives and I have also benefited from Dr. Kaplan's individual coaching to support us during a growth period. His coaching has provided us with the tools and the talent we need to continue adapting to health care's challenges

Linda J. Grass, President & CEO Jeanes Hospital

Jeff Kaplan exceeded the expectations of all in the classroom. Employees dug deeper than expected, had realizations that broadened their outlooks and learned new skills for dealing with challenging situations. The staff were engaged by the content and transformed by the process. I highly recommend Jeff for working with your staff. Due to the success of Jeff's Coaching Skills Training program we made it required training for everyone on the leadership track

Lisa LoMonaco, MS, Human Resources Training County of Chester

Jeff was instrumental in developing and delivering content that directly and immediately impacts how our employees do their jobs and interact with our stakeholders. The program feedback was tremendous - particularly on Jeff's humorous yet realistic approach to dealing with difficult participants. Even the stakeholders have noticed and commented on the improvements in their experience and the outcomes of the meetings

Janell Fabiano, Human Resources Energy Industry

The Executive Health Retreat led by Jeff Kaplan was the best gift I could possibly give to my executive team

Ed Forst, CFP, President & CEO Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc.
