Joe is a healthcare executive with extensive experience working with hospitals, managed care organizations, physician groups, and technology vendors. He has broad management and consulting experience on both the strategic and operational levels in Managed Care contracting activities as well as alternate reimbursement models such as Accountable Care (ACO) and Episodes of Care/Bundling.

Tying salaries directly to revenue may be a problem if, in fact it will take some time for the revenue to turn around. You may want to propose a sliding scale of profit sharing with higher upside revenue sharing.
