Question: How can we test if flexwork is right for us?


We are a 200+ employee professional services firm. Our senior managers are divided on whether or not we should introduce a formal work-from-home option.

We do not have a standard policy, but some managers do allow their staff the flexibility, while others do not. This leads to a feeling of inequity among some staff.

How can we evaluate if flexible work policy would be right for us?
